I will be starting my exercise and diet routine back up again.</p>
<p>Before the Fall College Semester I weighted in at 178lbs. After an entire semester of stress I am up to 220lbs.</p>
<p>I will again use my webpage to track my progress. I will keep track of my activities and give a run down of what I am doing and using to help shed the weight.<br />
Here are my current measurements as of 1/7/2012:</p>

<div>Ultimately I would like to be down to 155-160lbs. That seems a bit unrealistic though and I think would end up taking more than a whole year to achieve this.<br />
I will try for this though and hopefully eventually hit it. I just do not think it is realistic in 2012.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;"><strong>Supplements: </strong></div>

<div style="text-align: left;">I will do my best to keep the use of any supplements to a minimum.<br />
What I will continue to buy and use is going to be Omega-3 (aka. Fish Oil) and Whey Protein.. I like the Fish Oil because I feel it improves my mood. Keeps me from being depressed. If I am not depressed then I am more motivated to want to go out an exercise and actually eat well to better myself. Whey Protein is almost a necessity for anyone trying to lose weight IMO. The Protein makes you feel full and it also keeps your body burning because of how long it takes for your body to actually digest the Protein.</div>
<p></p>
<div style="text-align: left;">Here is a break down of what I am starting out with.<strong> (Below is what will be taken on a daily basis)</strong></div>

<ul>
<li><strong>Omega-3:</strong> <em>2,000mg</em></li>
<li><strong>Whey Protein: </strong><em>~&lt;50 grams (This will probably vary)</em></li>
<li><strong>Garlic Pills:</strong> <em>600mg</em></li>
<li><strong>Glucomannan:</strong> <em>3450mg (30mins before meals)</em></li>
<li><strong>Green Tea Extract: </strong><em>2 cups of Green Tea/day. </em></li>

<div><em>(Note: Green Tea is known and proven to be a great source of weight management/loss. You can buy Green Tea Extract Pills, but I enjoy drinking Green Tea so I am going that way.)</em></div>

<div>That pretty much sums up the supplements I will be using. I plan on walking/jogging at least 2 miles every day. Also every other day I will probably pick up the curl-bar and dumbbells and doing some reps with those. I will also do a series of push-ups. Possibly sit-ups. I have read though that sit-ups usually give you more grief then they are actually worth.</div>
<p></p>
<div>The Supplement Glucomannan is supposed to help make you feel full before a meal so you do not eat as much. I doubt I will buy another bottle once the first bottle is done.<br />
I am using it in hopes that it does do this job and I do not end up with tummy aches and tummy rumblings because my body thinks I am still hungry.</div>

<div>One other tip I will remind myself of, and anyone who could possibly read this. It is very important that 1 day a week you go off your diet and eat what you feel like eating.</div>
<div>Cookies, Chips, Pizza, etc..<br />
When you go on a diet your body will go into some sort of &#8220;Starvation Mode&#8221; and it will stop burning fat because you are not consuming calories like you had been in the past.<br />
Eating/Splurging once a week will fool your body into not going in to that &#8220;Starvation Mode&#8221; and allow you to keep burning fat instead of storing it.</div>
<div>Just a little tip I thought should be known.</div>

<p>Since I last posted here my Xbox had failed me! Though thanks to my incredible awesomeness I was able to get the Xbox Fixed and it is still currently working like a charm!<br />
I do find it very funny though because I do not really use the Xbox at all to play games. I use it to stream my Media from my PC to my 32inch LCD TV haha!</p>

<p>I also have Rooted my Android Device (HTC Evo 4G):<br />
I finally got it customized to the way I like it and then HTC the other day goes and releases a new Update which Removed the FPS Cap on the Phone.<br />
So now I am waiting for the Current Theme I am using with my ROM to be updated to the new HTC Software Version so I can do a nice Upgrade on my Phone.</p>
<p>I am considering waiting though, I may end up reflashing a new Kernel on my Phone since I will be heading out to California in October for Blizzcon!<br />
I was thinking about making sure I could take some nice 720HD Videos on my Camera and make sure they turned out halfway decent.<br />
I read up on some of the Kernels I can flash on my phone and I have one in mind that I think will do the job very nicely.</p>
<p>So I am thinking here in a week or so I will backup the phone and swap everything over to the new ROM/Kernel and then give it a go and do some Video Testing and see how it turns out!<br />
I will try and remember to post an update to this!</p>
<p>As for the Contact Juggling thing! I am still working with it, I have not really learned anything cool and or worth posting/showing a video for!<br />
I will though as soon as I am able to do something pretty badass looking!</p>

<p>The idea of some of the Contact Juggling moves is to make it  seem as if the ball is staying in a stationary spot or floating while your hands move around the ball.</p>
<p>It is truly amazing some of the tricks/moves I have seen people do and come up with.<br />
Hopefully I will be able to be as good as some of these people some day!</p>
<p>I have been working on a move called the &#8220;Enigma&#8221; for about a day now.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s that time again! Yeah the time pretty much everyone dreads!</p>
<p>Going to the Dentist for the 6 Month Check up!<br />
I guess I cannot say I really dread it but I definitely have better things to do with my time then go to the Dentist.</p>
<p>I have not had a Cavity in over 15 years, but I am dreading my next few visits.<br />
My Wisdom teeth have finally grown in and the time to have them removed is upon me.</p>
<p>Woke up yesterday and sat down to have a bite to eat and all of a sudden a very sharp pain shot through my body starting at what feels like Tooth #1 on the right side of my jaw.</p>
<p>Well oddly enough my 6month cleaning is Scheduled for Sept. 16th, I did however email the Office last night and tell them about my situation.<br />
Last time I was in the Dr. wanted me to have the Wisdom teeth pulled anyways but he told me it was not urgent.<br />
So I have held off on doing so. Right now I am debating to wait for 2 weeks for the Scheduled cleaning appt. or do I just go on ahead and make an appt. with the Oral Surgeon and get these two buggers removed and hope that is the cause of the pain.</p>
<p>Like I said above I did email the Dentist Office and told them whats up, and I did ask the opinion on what I should do.<br />
I really do not look forward to having these removed. From pretty much everyone I have talked to it was not a pleasant experience and with me working in a -30 deg. freezer I think I will be in a bit more pain while trying to breath in at work.</p>
<p>Well for now I am pretty much just bearing with the pain and not eating anything to &#8220;hard&#8221;.</p>
<p>Well now I am off to go lay in bed and possibly watch Dark Blue! w00t!</p>

Recently it had gotten a bit more intense. Kyle (my brother) and I will be working in the freezer and when we get up in to an isle we will notice individual frozen cheese block will be laying in the middle of the isle.<br />
The fun part is it was not sitting there when we pulled the previous load. Its also one of those things you cannot overlook either.<br />
If you happen to miss it the cart would not. Meaning the cart you put product on would hit the cheese stopping the cart in it&#8217;s tracks lol!</p>
<p>It is definitely interesting! We always hear stuff fall but when we go and look nothing is on the floor. You always have this feeling like someone is watching you when you get down on the ice cream end of the freezer.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s pretty intense sometimes!</p>

<p>The last 2 days have been a handful. Right now I have been up for 34hours. I could not sleep one bit last night.<br />
I am sort of tired but not really. This is kind of odd too because I had a long work day today. We had our Semi come in and we had to offload it.</p>
<p>But I feel alright for the most part. I have the ambition to do my sets/weights and then head off to the shower and then off to bed to hopefully sleep till I need to go back in to work tonight!</p>
<p>Nothing much to report. Food Intake has been great. I have not gone over 1600 Calories, or 1600mg of Sodium in the last 2 days.</p>
<p>So thats all for now!</p>

<p>When I came home I also did my sets as I stated in my first line of this post. So I feel very exhausted! I Burned up almost all of the calories I have taken in today so thats pretty interesting all in itself. The scale at the gym also shows me at 189lbs. So thats pimp! I am 4lbs from my 185 goal I originally had. I reset my goal to 180lbs.</p>
<p>I would like to really get all in shape and get in the 160-170 range and have a ton of my muscle show and not much flab at all. This would make me really happy.<br />
Though I think to do something along the lines of this it will take me a full year to complete. I have a lot of fat that needs to be lost and then re-toned.</p>
<p>So we will see!</p>

<p>Anyways, I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I know I did. We ended up having BBQ Ribs on the Grill, Cupcakes, Chips and other stuff that is no where near good for you!<br />
It was a holiday though, and on holidays you are given the right to splurge and go off your diet.</p>
<p>So yeah with that being said, I did not track anything at all from yesterday. I am not too worried about it though, I know I most likely burnt it all off today at work!<br />
Yeah another upsetting thing happened. I had to go in to work last night. We are like one of the very few company&#8217;s around here that are open pretty much every holiday!<br />
Sucks hardcore but whatever I guess.</p>
<p>I am thinking about getting one of them watches that monitor your heart rate, and based on heart rate can tell you how many calories you have burned. I have a pretty active and fast paced job and I bet I burn a lot more calories at my job then one would expect.<br />
So I would like to know just how many calories I burn on a given day especially on my semi-days.</p>
<p>So maybe we will look in to this on our next pay day. As for tracking of Calories today.</p>
<p><em>Calories:</em> <strong>700</strong> <em>Sodium:</em> <strong>850mg</strong></p>
<p>Reason I am posting this now is because I know I am going to be going to sleep here pretty soon. I am going to force myself to do my sets of situps, pushups and dumbell press&#8217;s before I head off to bed though. I need to get in the habit of doing these so I can build up my arms and back again.</p>
<p><em>Why so low Calories and Sodium today?</em> (A:) Pretty much because on work days all I do is eat breakfast and sometimes a snack/lunch at work. When I get home it is usually off to bed for me. I am going to try and be more active after work for at least an hour, but on nights like tonight were I did not get much sleep before work I just don&#8217;t have the energy not to pass out when I get home.</p>
<p>This is as of 10am though. Their is a very good chance I will be up around 6 or 7pm tonight back at it before work again!</p>
