Schwans Ghost!

So I have along with many of my other current and past employees have though that this place is haunted. We have all seen and heard many things working here.
Recently it had gotten a bit more intense. Kyle (my brother) and I will be working in the freezer and when we get up in to an isle we will notice individual frozen cheese block will be laying in the middle of the isle.
The fun part is it was not sitting there when we pulled the previous load. Its also one of those things you cannot overlook either.
If you happen to miss it the cart would not. Meaning the cart you put product on would hit the cheese stopping the cart in it’s tracks lol!

It is definitely interesting! We always hear stuff fall but when we go and look nothing is on the floor. You always have this feeling like someone is watching you when you get down on the ice cream end of the freezer.

It’s pretty intense sometimes!

Ugh.

Wow.

The last 2 days have been a handful. Right now I have been up for 34hours. I could not sleep one bit last night.
I am sort of tired but not really. This is kind of odd too because I had a long work day today. We had our Semi come in and we had to offload it.

But I feel alright for the most part. I have the ambition to do my sets/weights and then head off to the shower and then off to bed to hopefully sleep till I need to go back in to work tonight!

Nothing much to report. Food Intake has been great. I have not gone over 1600 Calories, or 1600mg of Sodium in the last 2 days.

Yeah I know a day late! Oh well what are ya gonna do right?

Anyways, I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I know I did. We ended up having BBQ Ribs on the Grill, Cupcakes, Chips and other stuff that is no where near good for you!
It was a holiday though, and on holidays you are given the right to splurge and go off your diet.

So yeah with that being said, I did not track anything at all from yesterday. I am not too worried about it though, I know I most likely burnt it all off today at work!
Yeah another upsetting thing happened. I had to go in to work last night. We are like one of the very few company’s around here that are open pretty much every holiday!
Sucks hardcore but whatever I guess.

I am thinking about getting one of them watches that monitor your heart rate, and based on heart rate can tell you how many calories you have burned. I have a pretty active and fast paced job and I bet I burn a lot more calories at my job then one would expect.
So I would like to know just how many calories I burn on a given day especially on my semi-days.

So maybe we will look in to this on our next pay day. As for tracking of Calories today.

Calories: 700 Sodium: 850mg

Reason I am posting this now is because I know I am going to be going to sleep here pretty soon. I am going to force myself to do my sets of situps, pushups and dumbell press’s before I head off to bed though. I need to get in the habit of doing these so I can build up my arms and back again.

Why so low Calories and Sodium today? (A:) Pretty much because on work days all I do is eat breakfast and sometimes a snack/lunch at work. When I get home it is usually off to bed for me. I am going to try and be more active after work for at least an hour, but on nights like tonight were I did not get much sleep before work I just don’t have the energy not to pass out when I get home.

This is as of 10am though. Their is a very good chance I will be up around 6 or 7pm tonight back at it before work again!

Goal for this week is to get to the gym again. I need to get weighed in officially. See where I currently sit!

So after a long long hiatus of not posting on here I have decided it is time to return!

I have been working on a new Health/Diet goal. I think I am going to use my Blog to help keep track of what I am doing and how well I am doing it.
I plan on keeping an online blog of the foods I am eating everyday and the amount of Calorie + Sodium intake I am consuming.
More on this later in the Health Blog itself.

Anyways it should be interesting.. Boring.. But Interesting none the less!

So I have been trying to decide if I should do more with this webpage? Sounds like too much work to be honest.

Maybe turn this in to a Nude Site of myself. Flash animation on the front page of me with my Skrote and Penii Tucked between my legs (sort of looking like a vag.)
Then when the user Click on my image my legs open and my package falls for all the world to see…

Sounds funny! This of course would be a pay site… I mean.. Who wouldn’t want to pay to see me nude?
Alright.. no one would lol, chances are I would be giving out refunds all day.. WAIT.. No!

Yeah so I am horrible at keeping this thing updated..

I guess this is why it took me so long to rebuild the site.
I knew I would not keep up with it haha!

All is going well, I am very happy I have a spam filter on this thing, looks like 162spam posts have been made since I opened up the blog.

I am down to around 207-210lbs. So I am doing well in that aspect of life. Blood pressure is still a bit high.. It seems flaky - Reads up and down way too often.
One day I am 120/70. Next I am 150/80.. Then 140/75.. It’s all a bit odd IMO.

Right now I am getting ready to do a 50set of Jumping Jacks.

2 sets of 20x Push Up’s

2 sets of 20x Situps

3 sets of 8x Curls

All While watching WWE Monday Night Raw!

Well all is well in the life of Charlie lol!

I have had a wonderful weekend, and a good start to a week!
My little brother got Married on Saturday, I was the Best Man! I gave a pretty horrible speech, but people laughed and they said it was good.
Thats all that matters! I got to dance with 2 Beautiful women! (My Mother and Erin (who sadly is married! haha!))

In other good news, I am down to 213lbs from 223lbs.

The best news of the day is today I ran 6miles in 59mins and 45seconds at the gym!
I am so proud of myself!

I am going to do my best to keep up the good work! Keep rooting for me!

This is my Ultimate goal:

By the end of the summer I want to be at around 170-175lbs. I would like to be able to run  a single mile in 6 or 7mins. I would like to have my Bench Press back up to 250/275lbs.

Hopefully I can accomplish all this!

Day 5 of Diet.

I know the post is only a day old from when I posted I was going on the diet.

Just so were clear, I started this diet 1/29/10. Went in weighing @ 223lbs with a BP of 190/85
Today I am 216lbs – with a BP of 142/79.

Pretty good so far, I would like to think I really did lose 7lbs but it is very possible that the Doctors Scale and the Scale at the gym are off.
I guess though to keep my head up like it is working I am going to go with I lost 7lbs lol!

The really good part though is the Blood Pressure. With my BP dropped as much as it has, that is definitely a great thing. I am on my way back to being healthy again.

So I get home from the Doctors on  Friday 1/29/10 – I learn a few things about myself that I kind of knew but never took any consideration to it.

Found out my Blood pressure was 190/85 – Which is pretty bad. I am at Great risk of having a Stroke and or Heart Attack at pretty much any given point.
So Friday I get home and I just did a bunch of research on how to eat healthier, live healthier, etc.

I talked to some people with Diabetes, and others with High Blood Pressure like myself. So I kind of understand how and what they do to control there body’s to keep them from getting sicker / die.

So as of that Friday I started a diet that pretty much consists of low carbs, low sodium, low sugar (but most sugar from not drinking soda or coffee and energy drinks).
4 days in and so far so good.

Friday I weighed in at 223lbs   BP was 190/85

I am keeping track and I will post Weekly on how it’s going.

So I picked up some Xtreme Shock today.
Stuff is pretty good tasting, reminds me of a fruity drink (I got fruit Punch).

No bitter taste or anything in it, has 40mg of Niacin and 200Mg of C affine. 20 Calories, no Sugar.

I got this rush/sensation from drinking it, my whole body got tingly/warm (from the Niacin).
It definitely gave me energy to do whatever I wanted. Lasted about 30-40 mins or so. Not bad for a 12oz drink.

Definitely would be a great product to use on a work-out day.
