So I decided to take up / try out Contact Juggling.
The idea of some of the Contact Juggling moves is to make it seem as if the ball is staying in a stationary spot or floating while your hands move around the ball.
It is truly amazing some of the tricks/moves I have seen people do and come up with.
Hopefully I will be able to be as good as some of these people some day!
I have been working on a move called the “Enigma” for about a day now.
I created and uploaded a YouTube video of me trying / practicing it.
